People dont actually know what they want

People largely don’t know what they want, and have a very limited ability to express their desire, yet have very irrational desires

For example, this is why people switch task manager apps so often

A chat interface might give you a task manager but it might not be one you like, and then you’ll need feedback and opinions to improve it, but you’ll still never quite like what you outputted bc you don’t know what you don’t know and don’t have the words to express what you actually want

In the end you’ll just go buy the task manager app made by someone who knows the jargon is more obsessed than you about it and thought through all your use cases
